WattRunTime.com is a static calculator site. This page explains the limited technical data that may be used to improve the site.
Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. The site does not require accounts, payments, newsletters, email addresses, or saved profiles to use the tools.
If accounts, payments, newsletters, or saved profiles are introduced later, this page will explain the related privacy changes before those features are offered.
The site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics and, if you accept the consent banner, Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage, improve UX, measure performance, and maintain service quality.
These tools and technical logs may collect technical data such as device type, browser, language, approximate location, visited pages, referrer data, performance signals, and error or security logs.
Technical data is used for analytics, security, stability, debugging, performance improvements, and deciding which calculators or pages need clearer guidance.
The site does not sell personal data and does not use calculator inputs to create user accounts or personal profiles.
When you send the contact form, the message includes the name, email address, message text, current page path, honeypot field, and Cloudflare Turnstile challenge token needed to check the submission.
The message is delivered to the site operator's mailbox and used only to reply, investigate data corrections, or review source updates. It is not used for marketing lists or calculator profiling.
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to answer the request, handle abuse, or maintain a correction record.
The consent banner stores your analytics choice in browser localStorage under the key `wrt-analytics-consent`.
This local setting stays on your device so the site can remember whether to load consent-gated Google Analytics. You can clear it by clearing site data in your browser.
If you add models to a comparison shortlist, the selected model IDs with their brand and model names are stored under the key `wrt-compare-models` so the shortlist survives page navigation. It holds no personal data and is never sent to a server.
